Super Easy Buttermilk Fried Chicken

So good and so easy.  We don't eat fried food all the time but this is a great treat.  We paired it with a big salad.

Chicken breasts
Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning
2 eggs beaten
Oil for frying

Put 2 cups of flour in zip log baggie.  Mix eggs and buttermilk.  Dip chicken in egg mixture, then toss in flour.  Heat oil to medium heat.  Fry chicken breasts for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.
